For fans of Wintersun, Septicflesh, Blood Red Throne
Recently signed to Mighty Music, the Norwegian melodic death metal unit DECEPTION is gearing up its engines for the release of the next studio album. “Monophobic” is the first song to be known from the record and will be released as a digital single in December. It brilliantly captures everything Deception stands for. Technically difficult riffs, fast drums and a huge orchestra take you on a complex but captivating trip.

Throughout their career, Deception has toured abroad, headlined multiple national tours, and supported acts such as Hypocrisy, Insomnium, Testament, and Entombed among others. With their upcoming release, Deception is broadening their creative songwriting to produce a bigger sound with more experimental passages and more harmonic content than ever
