Of Swedish origin, being very young (around 24), he gives us a more than competent AOR album. Here you are going to listen to that, pure and hard AOR from the old school with influences from legends like Toto. This second album starts with the song that gives the work its title, which is the same as The Monster Inside, and perhaps it is a mistake to start off so strong because later, although the other songs are good like Only Hearts die Young or Nothing last forever, they have less strength and it shows.
Musically, the album is impeccable and the voice, although it's not a Coverdale or Steve Perry, does it more than well, although it seems a bit repetitive to me and the songs don't seem very original to me. Songs like Northern Lights or When I'm gone seem a bit repetitive and unoriginal to me, although as I have written in previous lines, musically they are very good, maybe Turn your heart to Stone has more original brushstrokes but it doesn't quite break the monotony that I get the above. Even so, seeing the age and trajectory of this kid, it is worth seeing how he continues.
Score: 7
