The band was created in November 1999 with the members who are still part of it, Marcio Manteiga (guitar), Felipe Munhoz (bass/vocals) and Adauto Xavier (drums), being the main musical influences based on Cannibal Corpse, Deicide, Malevolent Creation, Morbid Angel and Carcass, Splatter/Gore themed – zombies, disease, dark humor and blood running down between the legs.

In 2001, the band released a demo that eventually became the first album, titled Voluptuous Orgasmatic Monstrification Infectiously Tormenting Arranged Tissues In Overnasty Noise (V.O.M.I.T.A.T.I.O.N.), with seven songs.

During the years 2000 to 2005, the band played some shows in the countryside of São Paulo, in the capitals São Paulo and Curitiba. After that, eventually some presentations in our city, Itapetininga-SP.

During the pandemic, the band decided to resume work and was present at some online festivals, such as Hellmedia Live Streaming 2 and 3, Caio Indica 5 and Roadie Crew Online Fest #20

In 2022, Vomitation is releasing a new album titled Sarcastic Pigs Letting Anus Totally Transfigured, Exteriorized and Ripped (S.P.L.A.T.T.E.R.) with nine new songs, the first five songs being created from 2001 to 2004.

Since October 2021, there have been five live performances in the cities of Itapetininga, Jandira, Brasília, São Paulo and Sorocaba
