Since its founding in 2006, Antyra has been constantly shaping her style that can be described as a kind of narrative epic metal with a wide variety of musical richness. We can hear from heroic clean voices to arrangements for three singers such as screams and dark growls.   In the band's words: "Hungry Lions" is one of our first songs that we created for our new album "Poiema". It is about the "bread and circus" formula that was commonly common in Ancient Rome - Surely we are all aware of those images and scenes of gladiators fighting in arenas of the Roman Empire, with the euphoric public and encouraging the hunger of the lions ... The song itself is a catchy rock tune and it's our most singable song on the album, which makes it more fun to play and generates incredible energy. Therefore, music is like that old entertainment: the perfect distraction from the problems and dangers that lie beneath the surface of everyday life ...
