Fucking November we are a rock'n roll duo from Madrid made up of Ksenia on drums and Koper on guitars and vocals.
Our story begins in some rehearsal rooms in Eugenia de Montijo (Carabanchel) where Ksenia and I (Koper) met, in the summer of 2019. At that time I was playing as a singer-songwriter and I was looking for a drummer for my project because my previous drummer he had stopped playing due to personal problems after a few years playing on it.
After a few rehearsals and a series of closed concerts, a worldwide pandemic brought everything to an end, and we had to make a forced break of a few months.
After this break and the progressive return to the venue, we came up with the idea of focusing rehearsals on recording new songs, reinventing ourselves in a new project, waiting for the situation regarding concerts to improve a little.
In July 2021 we got into the La Nota de Usera studio (Madrid) at the controls of Valentín Méndez and recorded our first album as Fucking November: Metodología del caos, which was released on November 30 of this year in all digital platforms, but not before partially returning to the stage in September, taking away the monillo of playing live again.
As a curiosity, the name Fucking November occurred to us, as a joke, because both Ksenia and I were born, coincidentally, in the fucking month of November.
