PAUL REDWOOD – EPISODES OF MY LIFE (Review by Varg The Mighty )

Today’s review is of Spanish Pop Rock artist Paul Redwood’s debut solo album.

This album includes radio-friendly songs in the purest way the Spanish Pop Rock formula dictates, while between the ballads some almost Hard Rock songs similar to current Bon Jovi appear, such as “Awake The Day The World Stopped”.

While no great spark of originality appears, this special guest-packed release is ideal if you wish for some easy going listen. Thanks to some old-school tints of keyboard and occasional solos, this album is also leaning more towards a rocker direction than similar artists, but if you want pure Hard Rock you probably won’t enjoy it. Nonetheless, it’s good to see how commercial music can still include rock elements.

I recommend this album to fans of Spanish Pop Rock. My rating is of 8/10.
