BETWEEN OCEANS RELEASE THEIR THIRD SINGLE 'OBLIVION' While always keeping their eyes peeled on the current tendencies in modern metal, BETWEEN OCEANS deliver a blend of bone shattering breakdowns, rifferama and catchy melodies. After the succesful releases of their first two singles, the quintet now present the third single from their upcoming album - check out 'Oblivion' and the accompanying lyric video above.    “We wrote the lyrics for Oblivion 2 years ago and to be honest, we all felt a lot of frustration and anger, from both our personal lives and the situation in the band. The lyrics for Oblivion depict these exact emotions, which blended in fine with the more heavy riffs and the whole vibe that the song portraits. Despite that, we are really stoked about how the song turned out and we hope our listeners will love it as much as we do", the band explains.   Through the years, the quintet has shared the stage with many of the Danish metal scene’s top players such as Ghost Iris, Daze of June, Cold Black and more. With the release of their debut EP ‘Oxymoron’ in 2018, they amassed over 800 k streams across streaming platforms as well as being added to rotation on multiple radio stations and official playlists. For the upcoming debut album the band has teamed up with producer and engineer Nicklas Sonne (Defecto, TigerSwan, Beneath the Silence), to create an album of international caliber.    ‘Oblivion’ is already available on all streaming services.
