Death Perception - Ashes


 Death Perception was started in 2012. This modern death metal band has influences such as Lamb of God,
Whitechapel, Devildriver, Slayer, Behemoth, and Decapitated. Death Perception released their first independent selftitled album March 2016. While competing in Wacken Metal Battle Canada, the song Stomach for a Spine appeared on
the 2016 WMBC Compilation album.
Death Perception played their first international show in Holguin, Cuba September 2016 at HG Metal Fest. The second
independent album, "Ensuing the Insanity" was released December 2016.
On the anniversary of the first album, 4 music videos were released, as well as a lyric video for new song, The Kill. In
August 2017 three new songs were premiered while co-hosting The Reverend Radio Show. In February 2018, while
again competing in Wacken Metal Battle Canada, the song Normalcy Bias appeared on the 2018 WMBC compilation.
Death Perception again performed in Holguin, Cuba on Oct 5th, 2019 at the HG Metal Fest kick-off event with HG Metal
alumni. The song Severed Ties appeared on the Kitchener Metal Fest compilation 2020 release.
Their third album "Ashes" was recorded throughout 2020 and with mastering completed in January 2021.

Death Perception is willing to risk it all, to travel wherever the music takes them. Death Perception has always been
known for energy and enthusiasm. Live shows have been the life-blood of this band since day one. Every year Death
Perception is on the lookout for the next show, the next festival; applying far and wide to opportunities around the world.
This band is at the brink of the storm, on the verge.
