Album I wouldn’t part with... Malice in Wonderland by Paice, Ashton and Lord.

My cult special... Maid in Heaven, by Be Bop Deluxe

The record that you might not think I would listen to is... Now That’s What I Call Disco.

The record that changed my life was... Deep Purple in Rock

My music on the tour bus is... Blackfoot, Deep Purple and UFO.

First Tygers gig... The Bridge Hotel, Newcastle in 1978

The bands that inspired me to make music were... Status Quo and Judas Priest.

Favourite guitar player... Dave Meniketti.

Favourite bass player... Phil Lynott.

Favourite singer... David Coverdale.

Favourite drummer... Tommy Aldridge.

First gig I went to... Nazareth plus support, The Heavy Metal Kids, 1973.

The best gig I have ever been to is... Scorpions, Blackout Out tour Newcastle City Hall, 1982.

The gig I would like to watch again... Slade at the Newcastle City Hall on the Till Deaf Do Us Part tour 1981.

Worst gig ever... Alien Sex Fiend.

Gig that exceeded expectations... Humble Pie at the Newcastle Odeon in 1974.

The musician I respect most is... Mick Box

Musician I would bring back to life... Bob Marley

Favourite Tygers gig... All of them!

My all time favourite Tygers track is... Suzie Smiled.
