IMPUR was formed on the island of Mallorca in September 2019 with the idea of executing an old-school death metal mix, but trying to introduce nuances of the musical influences of each member. Among the members that make up the band are musicians known in the extreme scene of the Balearic Islands such as guitarist Alex Terres (Devouring, Helevorn, ex Cerosity), on the voice Edgar Bravo (ex Cerosity, ex Residual Minds), Evaristo Orihuela (ex Residual Minds, ex Devouring, ex Cerosity, ex Golgotha), on drums Pep Comas (ex Cerosity) and the latest addition was bassist Miquel Ramis (Unicornium).
On March 17, 2021 they will present their debut EP entitled 'Slaves Of Decay' which contains 3 songs and was recorded and mixed by Miquel A. Riutort A.K.A. Mega (Æolian, Golgotha, Trallery ...) at the Psychosomatic Studios in Mallorca at the end of 2020. The EP will be released under the BH Records label in CD format and on all digital distribution platforms.
