The Art Gates Records team is pleased to announce the newest addition to this great family of talents: the North American four-piece band Almost Dead! This brutal steamroller was formed in 2004 in Marinez (California, USA). Taking inspiration from bands like Pantera, Sepultura, Testament and Machine Head, mixed perfectly with other influences like New England Metalcore and theatrical New York Death Metal. Almost Dead has created its own original and powerful Thrash Groove Metal sound, including all the elements of Metal that we all know and love. Quoting JuanMi Lopez (A&R): "2021 will be the year of these genuine metalheads. We are sure the scene is going to rumble with their music, which is honest, faithful and devoted to the genre." After releasing four full-length albums: "Almost Dead" (2007), "Internal Chaos" (2008), "Mindfucked" (2012), "Lay Me Down to Waste (2018), and touring all over California, performing Featuring artists like MOD, Blaze Bayley, The Dickies, and more, Almos Dead are poised to set the world on fire with the release of their fifth work via Art Gates Records this spring of 2021.
