ARCHON PRESENT THEIR DEBUT SINGLE 'DARK GROUNDS' FEAT. CABALBrand new metalcore act ARCHON hailing from Aarhus, Denmark, are ready to make a name for themselves with their upcoming debut EP ‘Altiora’. By combining metalcore with elements found in both ambient and classical genres, together with lyrical themes touching upon personal and socio-political challenges, they present an atmosphere which is brutal, mellow, ambient and graceful all at once.
Today they are releasing their debut single 'Dark Grounds' which features a guest performance by Andreas Bjulver Paarup of rising stars CABAL - watch the accompanying music video above.
“Dark grounds arose from frustrations, but turned out to be an alleviation”, guitarist Jonas Larsen muses.
ARCHON consists of vocalist Sofus Nielsen, guitarist Kresten Maigaard Axelsen, guitarist Jonas Larsen, and drummer Jeppe Bo Kibsgaard. The coming debut has been produced, mixed and mastered by Chris Kreutzfeldt (CABAL, Møl, Ghost Iris) and features guest performances by Andreas Bjulver Paarup (CABAL) and Mathias Rønde Uldall-Jessen (ROYAL DECEIT).
