The band, which was founded in 2009 by Ex Lazarus Vocalist Glenn DaGrossa, released their self titled Debut album “Awaken” in 2012. In 2019 they released their sophomore double album "Out Of The Shadows" as self - release to a limited number. This album will be released again in 2020 via Pure Steel Records.   A date for the release and other details will be announced soon.   Band Statement: Awaken is proud to be a part of Pure Steel Records Germany. We had offers from 9 labels in 7 countries and we feel that the best deal for us and the best place to call home for Awaken was with Pure Steel.
